What we do
Employers
Electrogroup is the employer of the apprentice and takes on all the responsibilities as the employer.
Placement Arrangements
Electrogroup arranges placements tailored to your specific needs. We match apprentices to your business based on your project requirements and objectives.
Onboarding Support
Facilitate a smooth onboarding process to ensure apprentices integrate seamlessly into your team.
Administration and Payments Management
Electrogroup manages all administrative, payroll and financial aspects related to apprentices, including superannuation contributions and workers compensation coverage and all HR matters.
Apprenticeship Contract and Technical Training
Oversee the entire apprenticeship contract and training plan, including enrolment and monitoring of progress to ensure compliance and effective learning.
Pastoral Care
Offer ongoing support to foster a positive relationship between your business and the apprentices.
Simplified Billing
Provide straightforward weekly invoicing based on hours worked by each apprentice.

Benefits of using Electrogroup as your GTO provider:
- The host focuses on providing on-the-job training.
- If a placement with a host company does not work out, or if the host is no longer able to offer work, Electrogroup will work to place the apprentice with another host employer.
- If a host employer cannot offer the full range of work/on-the-job training necessary for an apprenticeship, Electrogroup may rotate the learner to another host employer.
- Apprentices employed by Electrogroup can gain experience across different workplaces.
- Electrogroup monitors the on-the-job and off-the-job training received by the apprentice to ensure that high quality and relevant training is provided in a safe environment.
- Ongoing support is offered to apprentices to make sure the training contract runs smoothly and to help troubleshoot any problems that may arise during the training.
